A number of Denver's early prominent Jewish pioneers are listed on the charter, including Julius Londoner, David Kline, Fred Z. Two Jewish men, Simon Bamberger and Henry Altman, were among the founders of Cheyenne in 1867. Jewsh businessmen followed, and the first congregation was incorporated in 1888. B'nai B'rith was established in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1921.
